At Create Her Future Initiative (CHFI), we are a tech nonprofit committed to empowering underserved women and girls globally. Rooted in compassion and guided by our Christian values, we strive to break the cycle of poverty through education, technology, and entrepreneurship.

We launched in August 2024, fueled by the stark reality that 1 in 4 African girls will never finish her education, 76% of women-led startups receive $0 in funding and 70% of jobs will require AI skills by 2030 yet women are being left behind. We're not just talking about change; we're engineering it.

We believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to lead, innovate, and shape her own future. Here’s how we help:

  1. Future-Proofing Careers with AI: We equip underserved women with laptops, data, training, and in-demand TVET & AI skills to build high-income careers, start businesses and become leaders within their communities.

  2. Wear Your Values: Every purchase from our fashion line (Wear Her Future) funds education and tech access for an underserved girl, empowering her to write her own future.

  3. Fueling Women-Led Innovation: We tear down financial barriers by connecting brilliant, under-resourced women entrepreneurs with the grants and investments they need to launch and scale their world-changing ideas.

    Our “Invest in Her” pitch competition identifies the most promising entrepreneurs from hundreds of applications from marginalized and under-resourced women who have the vision but lack the opportunity. We provide the seed funding, mentorship, and network to turn their ideas into reality. Talent is universal. Opportunity is not. We fix that.
